Positive Bright Start is happy to announce that we now participate in the AmazonSmile program.  AmazonSmile is a program that donates 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to various charitable organizations.  Positive Bright Start is now a confirmed recipient of those charitable funds.  All you have to do to start donating with your regular Amazon purchases is to select Douglas County Child Development  Association / Positive Bright Start as your charitable organization.

First go to amazonsmile.com, and log in using your regular Amazon.com login credentials.  The home page should look just like your ordinary Amazon.com.  (The only difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile.com, you’ll only be shown items eligible to contribute funds to the Smile program.  AmazonSmile offers the same great variety and pricing, as well as Prime benefits.)  Once you have logged in, from the “Your Account” drop down menu, select “Change Your Charity”.  In the “pick your own charitable organization” search bar, search for “Douglas County Child Development Association”, and save us as your charity.

After you have made this selection, a  portion of the proceeds from eligible items you purchase will automatically go to Positive Bright Start.  It’s that easy!  We thank you for your support.
