All About Fish and Seafood

Fish and other seafood are an excellent source of protein and contain nutrients essential to a healthy diet.  A well-balanced diet including seafood can contribute to heart health and aid in children's proper development.

Do you know what to look for in a quality fish?  Or how to prepare it?  In this class we'll talk about types of seafood and it's safe preparation.  We'll also have samples! Don't miss this new class!

February 19th 6:30-8:30pm

at the Positive Bright Start office, 1900 Delaware St.

The class is free to CACFP participants, $15 for all others.  Pre-registration is required.

Call 785 842-9679 to register.
